This is a set of 4 fractal applets.
- The first tab allows you to specify coordinates for the Mandelbrot set to be drawn in.
- The second tab allows you to zoom in on a specific part of the Mandelbrot set. Do this by clicking on the part of the Mandelbrot you wish to zoom into.
- The third tab is a combination of Mandelbrot and Julia sets. Clicking on any part of the Mandelbrot set will draw the Julia set that coresponds to those coordinates. Clicking on the Julia set will take you back to the Mandelbrot set.
- The fourth tab draws a Newton's method fractal.
PLEASE BE PATIENT AS THESE FRACTALS ARE VERY PROCESSOR INTENSIVE. IT MAY BE AS LONG AS SEVERAL MINUTES BEFORE THE APPLET COMPLETELY LOADS, AND IT MAY TAKE SEVERAL MINUTES FOR EACH TRANSFORMATION YOU CHOOSE TO DO!
